Akhil Gopinath, Senior AI Liaison – EMEA, MathWorks

Akhil Gopinath is the Senior AI Liaison at MathWorks for the EMEA region, where he collaborates on strategic projects with leading AI experts from industry and academia. An award-winning researcher, Akhil received the 2019 Smt D L Saraswati Memorial Prize for the best project in Environmental Engineering at IIT Madras. His published works include significant research on Physics Informed Neural Network-based surrogate models for real-time optimization of Multicomponent Adsorption.

Akhil's expertise spans Process Modeling & Controls, Process Automation, Autonomous Systems Development, and Advanced Process & Manufacturing Analytics.
